Lombardi
This building became available for occupancy in 2007. The building has a somewhat organic shape, which makes each apartment slightly different from the next. It was decided to introduce a counterbalance to the adjacent high-rise, austere Marin Building, to blend in better with the other, recently built houses.
Lombardi is reserved for research assistants, student researchers and international staff/researchers associated with Wageningen University. All apartments have high-speed WUR Internetconnection.
Building layout
The building has 40 three-room apartments and one two-room apartment. Click here to see floor plans of the various apartments.
Rent
The basic rents of the apartments vary between € 430 and € 475 per month. All apartments are eligible for rent subsidies.
