This building, situated on the Salverdaplein / Herenstraat in the center of Wageningen, was converted to an apartment building in 1998. A section of the building has been placed on the national monuments and historic buildings register. In view of its historic, characteristic location in the city center of Wageningen, this building provides a unique mode of living. The building comprises 17 spacious apartments, 13 of which in the existing renovated section. The remaining four apartments are new additions, situated on the Salverdaplein. The apartments are reserved for research assistants and student researchers at Wageningen UR. For these apartments, it is possible to apply for a rent subsidy.
