1)    Deposit cleaning
This is an amount for cleaning the common rooms in a corridor. Dutch corridors do their own cleaning of the common rooms. Idealis then refunds the cleaning charge every month to the corridor representative or the corridor account, if the rooms are cleaned well.
2)   Serviceset
The serviceset constists of 2 items: the final cleaning of the room after your departure and the package of bed linen. The amount for the cleaning differs per building:
€ 85 Bornsesteeg self contained room
€ 68 Bornsesteeg room with a kitchen
€ 40  Other buildings
The package of bed linen amounts € 35 this is your property.
3) Rent subsidy
For some rooms you can apply for rent subsidy. It depends on various conditions you have to meet if you are indeed eligible for rent subsidy. You can find more information about this subject on our website. In this rent survey we have indicated what the maximum amount of rent subsidy is that you may be able to receive. If the last column is blank, is it not possible to apply for rent subsidy for this type of room.
