CaretakerAll our buildings have a caretaker. The caretaker is employed by Idealis and is actually present at the building. For tenants, they are the first point of contact. You can therefore approach them at any time with questions. If they do not know the answer themselves, they will make sure that your question is answered by another Idealis employee. Because caretakers are actually present at the buildings, they know exactly what is going on in a building and are also able to react quickly. This may apply to technical matters, for example, but you can also go to them with any social problems. In short, the caretaker will ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as can be.Availability of caretakers At the large student buildings, the caretakers have fixed times when they are available. For the smaller buildings, you can make an appointment personally. It is also possible to contact the caretaker at any time by telephone either on his direct number or via the Idealis switchboard (0317) 42 61 61, option 3. Duties of caretakers The duties performed by the caretakers consist largely of service provision and a portion of the costs for the caretakers are therefore also paid via the service charges that you pay each month.
