Garden maintenance

Depending on the presence of a common garden arrangement and the season, the following work will take place:

  • Removal of leaves from the lawns and pavement
  • Removal of silt and other dirt from the rainwater inlets
  • Sweeping of the pavement and removal of weeds from between the pavement
  • Winter trimming and thinning of bushes and shrubs, tree trimming and topping of spherical plants.
  • Trimming of undergrowth in the tree park strips
  • Cutting the hedges and conifers
  • Summer trimming of bushes and shrubs
  • Removal of weeds from the planted areas
  • Mowing of the grass and trimming the edges of the lawns
  • Trimming or sheet piling the overgrowth along the banks of the ponds and ditches
  • Replacing dead planting with new planting of the same type
  • Removal of litter and dirt caused by the work
  • Doing minor repairs to tree supports and/or property dividing lines.
Idealis has entered into agreements with gardening firms to do the aforementioned work. These agreements specify the frequency, type of work, number of square meters and the approximate time that the work will take place. The aim is have this work done at times other than during the study and examination weeks of the WUR, with lengthy inconvenience caused by the work. The costs of the aforementioned garden upkeep, general supervision and supervision of the work will be passed on through the service charges.
