Moving within Idealis

If you would like another room
Experience shows that it will take some time to get used to your new living space. You must therefore sign and pay for the room allocated to you by the Student Service Centre of Wageningen University.
If you are a tenant of Idealis and you would like to move to another Idealis building or to another room within the same building, please contact the Student Service Centre. Tenants must pay administration costs and cleaning costs for the new contract.

Written confirmation
If it is possible for you to move, you will receive an offer by e-mail. The e-mail indicates what steps you need to take. First of all, you need to return your response and sign your new rental agreement at the department of Housing Services during office hours.

Changing rooms
You may want to change rooms with someone. In that case, both tenants need to fill in the request form and hand it in together.

Waitinglist
Please keep in mind that many tenants would like to move to another room and that the available rooms are limited. It may therefore take a long time before you can actually move.

Moving within Idealis is only possible if you don't have rent arrears.
