If you are experiencing problems that you cannot resolve yourself, please contact the caretaker. Are you experiencing problems due to maintenance work? When Idealis performs maintenance work it is naturally not always possible for these to be carried out without creating a disturbance (e.g. noise). Clear agreements relating to this matter have been made with the tenant organisation (SFO) in a code of conduct. Idealis also limits such activities during examination periods. It states in the terms of the tenancy agreement that Idealis will grant the tenant quiet enjoyment of the rented property. For you this means that you must not cause a nuisance (in any form whatsoever) to your fellow tenants. In student buildings this means that no drills or other noisy tools may be used during examination periods and in the evenings. At a number of the student buildings in Wageningen it is possible to borrow a drill from the caretaker. These tools will not be lent out during study weeks and examination periods. |
