Paying the rentYou have to pay the rent monthly in advance before the first of the month.There are different way to pay your rent: Automatic collection You can arrange for an automatic collection of the rent by Idealis, by filling in an authorization form (= a green card). You can authorize Idealis when you sign your contract, or you can ask for this green authorization card at the office. By filling and sending in the authorization form, you give Idealis permission to collect the rent automatically from your bank account and book it to the account of Idealis every month. It is important to clearly indicate on the green card the name of the complex, the number of your department and your room number. When giving notice for your room at Idealis, the authorization is automatically cancelled. If you do not agree with a booking Idealis has carried out, you can withdraw the transfer from your account by filling in the withdrawal card (= a yellow card). If you have any problems filling in these cards you can always ask one of Idealis staff members to help you. The automatic collection is usually booked between the first and the fifth day of every month. Pre-printed giro credit slip If you do not want to use this preceding way of payment, you will receive a pre-printed giro credit slip from us every month. With this form you have to pay your rent before the first day of every month. Payment to our account from abroad If you wish to make a payment from your international account to the account of Idealis, your bank will ask for the following information to complete the transaction: Paying cash It is also possible to pay your rent in cash every month. You can do so at our office; for the payments you can use cash money or a cash-card. You have to pay the rent before the first day of every month. Paying by creditcard You can also pay by creditcard (Visa or Mastercard). You have to bring your identification. |
