Customer Satisfaction

Feedback from tenants provides a major means of developing recommended improvements, making it possible to gauge whether the measures taken have been successful. We are gradually gaining more experience in measuring customer satisfaction as input for policy development and improvement of services and work procedures.

Feeddex survey
Feeddex stands for Feedback Index, a barometer for customer satisfaction. Every month, new and departing tenants are sent a survey by e-mail. Feeddex processes the data and then publishes it online anonymously. An analysis of the findings was done for 2008. You can view a summary of this analysis here. At the end of the analysis, you can also retrieve the improvement points that Idealis picked up as a result of the findings.

Livability survey
Our tenants experience the accommodations and living environment on a daily basis. They can assess the extent to which they feel comfortable and safe in these surroundings. The livability survey provides a major objective indicator of subjective assessments of livability. You can find the summary of the 2009 analysis here. The analysis also shows the improvement points formulated by Idealis.
