The service cost charge is a deposit for additional deliveries and services. An annual service-cost settlement is drawn up each year per building. This is based on the actual costs, calculated over a calendar year. If the actual costs are lower than the deposit, Idealis will refund the difference. It seldom happens that one has to pay additional service costs afterwards. Wherever possible, the composition of the package of service costs is geared to the wishes of the tenants as a whole. These charges could therefore differ per building. When you signed your tenancy agreement, you received a specification of the service-cost components.
