Technical and social management of the buildings
  • Responsible for the settlement of maintenance complaints.
  • Preventive supervision of the buildings, installations and housing environment.
  • Supervision of maintenance and cleaning activities.
  • To make sure that tenants comply with the terms of tenancy, the rules and regulations and the participation agreement. To address tenants about illegal and/or double occupancy and potential hazardous (fire) situations.
  • Make an initial effort to solve arguments, nuisance and sort-like situations.
The handing over of a room
  • The carrying out of pre- and post checks of rooms and common areas based on a checklist.
  • The handing over of the checklist to a new tenant.
Contact with tenants
  • The first person tenants can turn to when there are technical or social problems.
  • Taking the proper measures at the time of an emergency.
  • Maintaining contact with the building chairperson ande the tenant organisation.
