Technical complaints and defects

You are requested to report urgent technical defects and maintenance complaints to the caretaker from Monday to Friday during office hours (8.00 - 16.00). You can do this by e-mail or in urgent matters by telephone. If you can't reach the caretaker anywhere and you want to report an urgent failure, you can call the fault-clearing service at: (0317) 41 36 43. When calling the fault-clearing service, be sure to clearly state your name, address and telephone number on the tape. If the failure takes place during the caretaker's working hours, he will be warned by cell phone. If he can't be reached, the fault-clearing service will send someone else.
