Signing the tenancy agreement
If the SSC has informed you about which room you will receive, a new tenancy agreement will be drawn up. You will sign this tenancy agreement at the Idealis office, Duivendaal 1 in Wageningen. When you sign the tenancy agreement, you will have to pay the following costs in cash, by bank (pin) or by credit card:
  • The first month's rent
  • A one-off contract fee of € 20
  • A one-off cleaning charge of € 40. Bornsesteeg: € 68 for a rooms with shared facilities and € 85 for a rooms with private facilities
  • A one-off linen package of € 27
You will then receive the keys at the office, unless you have already picked them up at the SSC. When you sign the tenancy agreement, you must show valid proof of identification and a student ID-card, along with a valid resident's permit.
