VandalismTechnically, Idealis combats this problem by repairing any damage caused by vandalism as quickly as possible and by using vandal-resistant materials. Where possible, the costs of the damage are charged to the person or persons responsible. When because of deliberate vandalism, improper use or omission repairs or replacements of the rented property have to be made, the costs will be recharged according to a standard pricelist.
