At our website, www.idealis.nl, you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about Idealis and about the accommodation. Keys New tenants receive a set of keys from the caretaker. These include a key for your front door, storeroom and various keys for the accommodation. Maintenance You can find information about maintenance of the accommodation at our website. Consult the maintenance booklet to find out which maintenance activities are the responsibilities of tenants and which ones are the responsibilities of the landlord.
