Communal meeting spaces
There is more need to meet. Therefore, there will soon be several spaces where this is possible. There will be a large communal meeting space near the new entrance. On the mezzanine floor, above the launderette, there will also be an area where students can meet. Both spaces can be reserved by the residents.
In addition to these spaces, the new spacious entrance hall will be decorated with simple furniture facilitating spontaneous meetings.
Living kitchen
Surveys of (former) Asserpark residents often revealed a need to be able to meet each other more easily on the Corridor. The current small kitchen is felt to be restrictive. For this reason, a larger communal Corridor space will be created. In the new situation, the current kitchen and opposite bathroom are merged into a communal living kitchen.
