The renovation of Asserpark will take place in an unoccupied state. This is because the impact of the work is too great to live comfortably. To make this possible, Idealis offers everyone a replacement room, except if you have a temporary contract with an end date until 30-01-2025 or 31-07-2025. Order of offering a replacement room
We offer a replacement room in the following order:
- Tenants living in furnished rooms.
- Tenants living in a room that will soon expire (room 1 on the A Corridor, room 8 on the B Corridor).
- All other tenants; here we will work from the 16th floor downwards. Residents on the upper floors will receive an offer from February 2025.
By now, every resident has received an offer.
