Purification/Pollution levies by GBLT

As a tenant of a self-contained room or accommodation, you have probably recently received an assessment from GBLT (Lococensus-Tricijn Community Tax Office). GBLT levies and collects the purification and pollution tax for the Vallei en Veluwe Water Board.

What should you do?
You are responsible for paying these levies. You may be eligible for remission, depending on your personal and financial situation. Would you like to know more about this? In any case, send in the remission request within eight weeks of the date of the assessment.

Registration municipality of Wageningen
GBLT uses data supplied by the municipality. Therefore if you move, you must personally ensure that the municipality passes on this information. If you don't do this, you run the risk of receiving an unjustified tax assessment.
