Possible rent freeze
As you have undoubtedly heard, there may be a rent freeze for social housing following the approval of the spring budget. However, this decision has not yet been incorporated into legislation. Because we want to inform you as a tenant in a timely manner about the rent adjustment as of 1 July, we have decided to inform you about this now. If the law - which stipulates that rents will be frozen - is passed, we will, of course, reverse the rent adjustment. As soon as more information is available, you will receive another message from us.
