We are now waiting for the final report of the malfunction. This report should make it clear what caused the malfunction. And this will also give us input for the discussion with Ziggo for a more reliable Internet for the complexes.
We will of course endeavor to pay the contractual compensation for the internet-less period. If more is known, we will publish it on the website.
