Starting today, the new Idealis app will be available for you! A convenient app that allows you to quickly and easily manage everything related to your home. You will have direct access to your personal housing environment, where you can securely log in and arrange many things yourself — something that was not possible in our current Buddy app.
With the new Idealis app, you always have all your housing matters within reach, anytime and anywhere, including:
- Submitting a repair request
- Paying your rent
- Applying for subletting
- Ending your tenancy agreement
- Reserving a common room (if available) or the cargo bike
You will also find practical information about your complex in the app, such as waste separation, doing maintenance or DIY work yourself, and our initiatives fund. After a one-time activation, you can log in quickly and securely using a PIN code, fingerprint, or facial recognition. The current Buddy app will be phased out with the introduction of the new app.
