From the 1st of October onwards, a new student complex will be available for rent, Marijkeweg 20. This newly built complex is close to the centre of Wageningen and includes both self-contained and shared rooms. The rooms are available for both students and PhDs and are in the slightly higher rental segment. Forty percent of the rooms are self-contained, making them eligible for rent allowance. Note that the rent allowance is income dependent.
The renting process will take place via ROOM.nl
The rooms will be published on ROOM.nl from the 1st of September onwards and allocation will take place based on registration time. It is not possible to apply as a group.
