Refund cleaning costs

The service cost arrangement is for tasks that from a legal point of view must be done by the tenant, such as the cleaning of shared spaces. If these tasks are done by the lessor then they will be included in the service costs. In most corridors the tenants have to clean the shared spaces themselves and make arrangements together. This is not in accordance with the service cost arrangement. There is a risk that the Dutch Tax Office will charge an additional levy because rent subsidy is being requested. From 1 July 2023 onwards we will correct this and change the service cost component.
