Do you like the idea of living in a normal residential area? Then Bellostraat might be the place for you. With schools, a supermarket and a snack bar around the corner, you will be in a lively neighbourhood – and at a location that is halfway between the campus and the city center. Both within an 8-minute bike ride.
The Bellostraat was built in 2015; the accommodations, which are situated on four different streets, form a square – in the middle of which is a plaza bordered by various gardens and places where you can park your car. The complex comprises sixteen so-called single-family homes and one building with 69 rooms.
In the single-family home you will live together with four other students. On the ground floor you can cook together and get to know your fellow tenants in the cosy live-in kitchen. Measuring 12 to 14 square meters each, the rooms have their own washbasins and linoleum-covered floor. During the summer the garden is the place to be, where you can enjoy the outdoor barbecue. This is a real commune, where the tenants themselves can choose new tenants. So, stay tuned to the social-media channels and make use of your own network if you are interested in living there.
The rooms in the apartment building have their own kitchen and sanitation facilities in a private living area of some 25 square meters. You share a washing room area with five other students.
