Our rent prices

Compared to other student cities, the prices of our rooms are reasonable. We think it is very important that the rooms are affordable. You can read how we do this in our rent policy.

In the overview below you will find an indication of the rental prices per complex. The prices consist of the basic rent plus service charges and represent the range of the most common rents of the relevant complex. The exact rental prices can be found in the offers on ROOM.nl. For some rooms you can apply for rent subsidy. You can see whether this applies in the offers on ROOM.nl. Rental subsidy is already included in the price indications below.
