New building Costerweg

Completeion

On March 25 2023, the keys to the rooms on the Costerweg are handed over to the new residents! This is newly built sustainable complex is located in the center of Wageningen. 
Idealis tenants were the first to have the opportunity to register (as a group) for the rooms with shared facilities. Self-contained rooms are advertised via ROOM.nl. The rooms are available for both students and PhD students.

About the building
At Costerweg we have rooms with shared as well as private facilities.  In the building there is a laundry room, meeting space and a shared garden. All rooms have a marmoleum floor.

Rooms wilt private facilities

• There are 144 single rooms of about 20 to 25 m2 with kitchenette and bathroom.
• The room has a refrigerator, induction stove and extractor hood.
• The room is not furnished but there is already a floor.
• The rent for a single room is approximately € 647,19 + € 155,00 service costs. Depending on your personal situation, rent allowance for these rooms is possible from the age of 23 (between € 250 to € 350 per month). For a calculation, you can check the website from the tax office Belastingdienst.

Rooms with shared facilities

• There are 120 rooms with shared facilities of about 13 m2 spread over 12 houses with 10 rooms each. Each room has its own sink and mirror. You share the other facilities with your housemates.
• Each house has a shared living kitchen. The kitchen contains induction stove with extractor hood, a built-in oven and 2 refrigerators equipped with a freezer.
• The total rent is approximately € 385,- including the service costs. Rent allowance is not possible.
• The room is not furnished but there is already a floor.
